Climate Active certification sample application form

Climate Active applications are made via our Online User Portal.

To help you prepare, a sample application form is provided to give you an idea of the information we require upon application.  This is a sample only, applications will only be accepted via the Portal.

The process for certification varies slightly depending on what you want to certify. Please read the appropriate Standard to help get you started. Decide if you need a consultant to help you with your certification. Climate Active has a list of registered consultants who specialise in Climate Active certification.

*Building certification is available through our partners the National Australian Built Environment Rating System (NABERS) or the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA).
